Arthur Smith, P.T.

A graduate of Ithaca College, Mr. Smith specializes in treating neck and back injuries. He is certified by West Virginia and Ohio Workers’ Compensation to perform Functional Capacities Evaluations (FCE) and provide Work Hardening / Work Conditioning programs to assist injured workers in returning to gainful employment.
